Hot water availability was consistent, which I appreciated, but the exterior noise was noticeable, especially during the day. The area around the hotel was crowded with repair shops, making it less inviting for leisurely walks. However, proximity to Karol Bagh and the metro was convenient for exploring. Overall, my experience was mainly positive, aside from the hustle and bustle outside.

Had a wonderful 2-night stay! Mr Madan Pai made us feel right at home with his warm welcome. The rooms were super clean and spacious, and the toiletries were high quality. Breakfast was decent, but the area really gets crowded during peak hours, which made it a bit hectic to walk around. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Exceptional service and comfortable stay!

The staff were friendly and attentive, they always had a smile on their faces and were quick to help, like when we needed fresh towels they delivered them right away. The food at the rooftop restaurant was surprisingly good, we enjoyed some meals there while taking in the views, just a perfect way to unwind after a long day and the prices were reasonable.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but it was still within reason.
